Privacy Policy
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you’re using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract this data from images on the site.
If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don’t have to re-enter your details for future comments. These cookies last for one year.
When you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
Login cookies last for two days, or two weeks if you select “Remember Me.” If you log out, the cookies are removed. When editing or publishing an article, a cookie will be saved in your browser that expires after one day and contains no personal data—just the post ID.
Articles may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Embedded content behaves exactly as if you visited the source website, which may collect data, use cookies, and track interactions if you’re logged in to that service.
When you submit a job application via our website, we collect any data you provide—such as your name, contact information, CV/resume, and other attachments—for the purpose of reviewing and responding to your application.
Your data is processed internally by our team and is not shared with third parties unless required by law. We store this data securely for up to 1 year, after which it is deleted unless you request to be kept in our talent pool.
You have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jobs@stype.tv.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to allow automatic approval of follow-ups. For registered users (if any), we store the personal information in their profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their info at any time—except usernames. Website admins can also view and edit that data.
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of your personal data, including any you’ve provided. You can also request data deletion, excluding any data we’re obliged to keep for legal or security purposes.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
