The Problem LuxIQ™ Solves
LuxIQ™ builds on stYpe’s proven StypeLand GreenKiller platform. LuxIQ™ addresses one of the most persistent challenges in chroma keying: maintaining key quality when lighting conditions shift during production.
Whether caused by dimming lights, iris adjustments, or sudden changes on set, these variations have traditionally required operators to stop and recalibrate keying parameters manually.
LuxIQ™ is designed to eliminate that interruption.
How LuxIQ™ Adaptive Chroma Keying Works

“Achieving even illumination across the cyclorama has always been one of the biggest challenges in chroma keying. While 3D-aware clean plate keying solved much of that problem, lighting changes made it impractical — the clean plate had to be rescanned whenever conditions shifted. With LuxIQ™, we’ve developed a method that continuously adapts the 3D clean plate in real time, keeping the key stable without disrupting the workflow.”
The result is a stable, high-quality key across changing on-set conditions. No knobs, no dials, no manual tweaking required.
