FOX Sports relied on StypeLand XR by stYpe to deliver its groundbreaking “FOX Sports Live Multicam XR Set” during NFL Sunday broadcasts. The project combined extended reality, LED workflows, and real-time rendering, giving viewers an immersive new way to experience live sports.
The Challenge
FOX Sports needed a unified workflow for LED walls and AR elements across several studio cameras. Colors had to stay consistent, seams had to disappear, and graphics had to hold up when presenters moved through the scene. The system also had to stay fast and reliable for live television.

The Solution: StypeLand XR + Follower
StypeLand XR ran the XR pipeline for the LED volume and set extensions, maintaining image fidelity across angles and lenses. At the same time, Follower provided precise real-time tracking for cameras and talent, so presenters could move naturally and graphics would stay locked to the scene. Because the two tools are part of the stYpe ecosystem, calibration and operation remained straightforward for the production team.
Proven Results
The multicam XR set delivered seamless visuals on air. Presenters interacted naturally with the environment, while operators maintained consistent looks from shot to shot. The project contributed to stYpe’s continued Emmy® recognition for advances in real-time production, and it established a repeatable XR workflow that the crew can bring back week after week.
Why It Matters
This deployment proves that StypeLand XR and Follower can move XR from a one-off demo into a daily broadcast workflow. Broadcasters get cinematic results, while crews keep the speed and predictability live TV demands.
